SOF Boat Rentals is an online marketplace that allows boat owners and renters to connect directly.

Platform Role

SOF Boat Rentals is not a broker, charter operator, travel agency, insurer, or payment processor.

We do not own, manage, inspect, or operate any boats listed on the platform.

Boat Listings

Boat owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, photographs, pricing, licenses, certifications, and legal compliance.

Rental Agreements

Any rental agreement is made directly between the boat owner and renter.

SOF Boat Rentals is not a party to any agreement and assumes no responsibility for disputes, cancellations, damages, injuries, or financial losses.

Payments

Payments are arranged directly between owners and renters. SOF Boat Rentals does not process or hold customer funds.

Removal of Listings

We reserve the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these terms or appear fraudulent.

Limitation of Liability

Users access and use the platform at their own risk. SOF Boat Rentals shall not be liable for any damages, losses, injuries, claims, or disputes arising from use of the platform.
